Memory Foods And Memory Supplements Are BS
People say eat this food or take this supplement to improve your memory. Oh if only if it was that easy. All of those claims are complete BS! You shouldn’t believe anyone who says there are memory foods/supplements. It’s just a whole bunch of smoke and nothing else. You can’t just take something and then instantly, boom, you can start memorizing and remembering everything without breaking a sweat. Nope! It doesn’t work like that.
Improving your memory is like working out. There’s no such thing as a chest muscle food, right? Or a bicep muscle food. No! All you could do is eat food that’s going to help fuel your body in general.The same is true for your mind. You can’t eat blueberries (supposedly “memory food”) every single day. Then one day, all of a sudden, you can memorize a deck of cards in 30 seconds. Uh you have to be crazy to believe that or just want to lie to people to sell something that doesn’t work.
All you could do is eat healthy food for your brain. Give your brain the nutrition it needs to function. This is all you can ever do. So how do you improve your memory then? just think about working out. You work out the muscles you want to get stronger. You want a stronger chest so you do chest exercises. You want a stronger back? The you do back exercises. This is how you build the muscles for the chest, back, bicep, or whatever muscle group you want. Then you eat the right nutrition so your muscles can grow. Your mind works the same way.
If you want to have a better memory, you have to use memory techniques and practice them then overtime, your memory will get stronger and stronger. you will memorize faster and remember for longer. Plus when you’re eating the right nutrition for your brain, you will focus and full of energy. If you’re eating a whole bunch of junk food, you’ll feel tired and sluggish. Of course your memory is going to suffer because you’re not going to be able to concentrate, which is one of the keys to improving your memory.
I wanted you to be aware of this claims because all these memory of foods and memory supplements are a bunch of BS. I don’t want you to waste your money, energy, and time trying to focus on these things. This is not how memory works. You want a better body. You have to put in the work at the gym. You want a better memory. You have to put in the work by using memory techniques.
